Problem.
An independent romance author needed somewhere to send readers from social media that wasn't Amazon - a place to show the full series, collect email signups, and hand out the free novella that draws people into her world. She also needed to update it herself, without calling a developer every time a new book dropped.

Approach.
Typography-led author portfolio built in Next.js with Sveltia CMS on top, so every book, playlist and bonus chapter lives in a file in the repo that the author edits through an in-browser form, with a live preview of the book page. Newsletter signups go through a service that delivers the free novella automatically. Amazon and Goodreads links are wired up per-book. Bonus content flows through BookFunnel.

Outcome.
The author can publish a new book page in minutes without touching code. Readers land on a site that looks like the worlds she writes about, not a Goodreads profile. The novella signup becomes the quiet engine that feeds the newsletter list.
The author edits her own book pages in the CMS - type anywhere on the left, watch the right preview re-flow.
