Can I upgrade my plan later?
Absolutely. You can move between tiers at any time. Upgrades take effect from your next billing cycle.
Do I need to have my website built by you?
The Website Care tier works best with sites I've built, but I can manage most Next.js and static sites. Get in touch and we'll work it out.
What's the difference between annual and monthly?
Annual plans are cheaper because Microsoft licence costs are lower on a 12-month commitment. Monthly plans cost a bit more but have no lock-in - cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Website Care is the same price either way.
What's included in the Microsoft 365 setup?
I set up your M365 tenant, configure your domain, create all user mailboxes, migrate existing email if needed, and walk you through how everything works.
What if something breaks outside business hours?
Business Pro customers get same-day priority support. All other tiers get a response within 24 hours on working days.
