Each licence runs for 12 months, paid monthly.

What counts as a small update?
Changing text, photos, prices, opening hours or contact details. New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately, as is anything that would take more than about an hour in a month. Nothing is charged unless you have agreed the quote first.

Do I need to have my website built by you?
Hosting works best with sites I've built, but I can look after most Next.js and static sites. Get in touch and we'll work it out.

Will the Microsoft 365 prices change?
Only when Microsoft changes what it charges. If that happens I tell you before the new price applies, and a licence on an annual term keeps its price until the term ends.

What's the difference between annual and monthly licences?
Microsoft charges less for a licence you commit to for 12 months, so the annual price is lower, but that licence then runs for the full year. Monthly licences cost more and can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Hosting is the same price either way.

How do I pay?
By monthly Direct Debit through GoCardless, covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee. Hosting, domain and licences come out as one payment.

What if I want to leave?
Give me a month's notice. You get a copy of your website's files and help moving it to a new host, free of charge, and your domain is transferred to you or a provider you choose.
